Characters and Scenarios

“Characters and Scenarios” is an exhibition that brings together original drawings and paintings made on paper with different techniques, mainly oil, and different formats. Most of the works are related to illustrated book projects, either as sketches or final illustrations. There are also works made directly for an art space, which were part of other exhibitions. They are works that belong to different moments and projects but that maintain certain constants such as the play between drawing as representation and theatrical representation, the idea of scene and the relationship between work and spectator. There is also a dialogue between drawing and painting in the different series.
